Simple Answers is Now in Spanish

Five years ago, the Spanish translation of the Travel Guide to the Bible went to press. Since then, the book has traveled to mutiple Spanish-speaking countries and has been used in several places (California) with large Hispanic populations.
Some months ago, we were invited by our sending church to participate in an upcoming trip to Guatemala. We have been connected to Guatemala since we translated Simple Truths for the New Believer into Poqomchi (that story HERE.). That translation request came from the leadership of Impact Ministries, a group that has been laboring there for decades. When we first heard about the opportunity to go and teach there, someone thought aloud. “Wouldn’t it be good to have the Simple Answers to Not-so-Simple Questions with us when we go?”
As we have mentioned several times before, that is the way things seem to go for us. So, I began to do some research and by the time we traveled to MissionFest in Canada in February, the Spanish translation had been completed and the first copies had come off the press.
Thank you to all of you who pray and give so that we can do what we do. Because we primarily work to supply national church leaders with materials, we are seldom “on the ground” to see the distribution of the books first hand. This July, Lord willing, we will be there when the books arrive and be the first to use it to teach a network of church planters and pastors.
Please pray that all of the details will fall into place as we prepare for Guatemala.
For those who speak Spanish or know someone who does, someone who might benefit from the book, you can find it HERE.
