We have often referred to our partners in various countries as “champions.” God has provided us with many of those in surprising ways and in surprising places.

One of those champions is our friend Marwa Mwikwabe. He lives in Nairobi, Kenya, but his influence extends far beyond that city. In fact, he has helped us expand Clear & Simple Media’s influence not only in Kenya but also in Nigeria, Niger, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Malawi. Here is Marwa’s latest update on the completion of a project we have been working on for the past 6 months.

Our partner church in Karamoja Region, Uganda, has confirmed receipt of the 10,000 Evangelism and Discipleship books shipped to them earlier this month to support in their Evangelism Convention that was held few weeks ago. The 2026 August Convention was held in Kotido Town, the main town in Karamoja.

According to the team leader, Pst. Elijah Okwiri, almost half of the books have already been distributed during this year’s annual Evangelism and Door-to-Door campaigns.

Pastor Elijah reported that over 100 people gave their lives to Christ during the convention. He thankfully stated that the books will now be used by the team to provide structured discipleship to the new converts and help establish them in the faith. Further to this, the team has also been visiting schools, preaching to young learners, and sharing the books with them.

He expressed deep appreciation for the support from CSM and noted that the materials are directly helping their church planting and evangelism efforts.

The team plans to hold next year’s August Convention in Kaabong Town.

We have been blessed to have so many people who not only have been helped in their work by our books, but have developed a desire to see many others helped as well.

All of this is (as Paul says in Philippians 4:17) “fruit that increases to your credit.”

We are consistently surprised to see how God is using the material we have created as tools that help reach people for Jesus and help them get a good start in following Him.
