If you don’t recognize the lingo, we have not suddenly become hopelessly needy. This is NOT an emotional plea. It is a pragmatic one.

If you have a Facebook account, you could do us a real favor. A favor that will benefit the work we do and expand our reach as we try to reach people who don’t know Jesus.

We have, for some time now, had an A Simple Word Facebook page. For the last few years, it has not been something we have emphasized. We have done some experimenting along the way (HERE) with some surprising results. But we had not figured out a way to effectively follow up with the people who LIKE or FOLLOW us, so we took a rather casual approach to the whole thing.

Three months ago, we decided to try to see if we could boost our effectiveness at using social media. So, we started writing DAILY POSTS on Facebook and Instagram. That first series of posts ended in mid-March.

We learned a lot. So, we decided to start a NEW series of DAILY posts on Facebook and Instagram.

That series started just a few days before Easter. These posts will be based on the content of our book, Simple Answers to Not-so-Simple Questions. Each post is rewritten to fit the platform (all under 360 words) and in even simpler English. We are hoping that this will help us reach an even broader audience.

As we have mentioned many times before, given our topics, being simple is not that easy. But we are committed to persevering and seeing how God may use these pieces. If you haven’t seen the articles yet, don’t worry. You have only missed a few posts so far. And given all of the content there is to cover, that means having a new post ready EVERY DAY until mid-August.

So, help us.

Pray that the writing task will go smoothly, and I will communicate in ways that are THEOLOGICALLY CLEAR, LINGUISTICALLY SIMPLE, and BIBLICALLY FAITHFUL.
