There are multiple steps involved in getting a book into the hands of those who benefit from reading it. There are decisions about which languages need the books, how to get the translations done in those languages, securing someone to design the books, finding a printer that can produce the book with the quality and in the amount needed, how those books are shipped and delivered to the end-users, and how and to whom the books are to be distributed. At any point in the process, complications may arise, all of which need to be resolved so that quality, accurate books end up in the hands of those who will benefit from them.
