Finding Our Way

By Tom Castor | July 27, 2015 | ,

When we built this website, we decided that a blog might be a nice “value-added” touch. Because our goal is to put material into the hands of grass-roots church planters that is linguistically simple, theologically clear, and biblically faithful, we decided that including a few “samples” on the blog might be a good idea. Because we are concerned about theology as well, we decided to include a few well-written, succinct selections from the theological writings of some of our favourite theologians from time to time. While these selections will NOT necessarily be in simple English, we will add a note or a question or two along the way to help you think through, understand, or personally process what you read. Because we have a mission-focus, we will also include a blog or two about missions, missionaries, and what it means to be a “missional” Christian. If it sounds like we are still finding our way as bloggers – that just about sums it up. But we do hope that God will choose to use something we write to either a) teach you something you didn’t know, b) motivate you to study something on your own, c) be inspired to seek God more passionately, or d) get motivated to become a part of God’s great mission enterprise – either where you are, or somewhere that Christ is not known.
